"Donetsk plant "Prodmash" OJSC is one of the basic
Ukrainian producers of production equipment for food processing
industries.
It is customary for "Donetsk plant "Prodmash" OJSC
to produce dryers, meat and milk processing machines, machining
attachments for feed granulation, domestic goods. The products and
quality system are sertificated
in accordance with requirements of ISO 9002.
The products with our trademark is known in
Argentina, Bulgaria, Spain, Iran, Poland, Syria, Mongolia, Rumania,
Turkey, Cuba, Greece, Cyprus, all CIS and Baltic countries.
"Donetsk plant "Prodmash" OJSC was rewarded with
"Arc of Europe" prize, diplomas and prizes instituted by the
International Association "Trade leader club", "Mexican marketing
institute.
The firm machines and welds ferrous metals,
stainless steels and aluminium alloys.
The company was established in 1955. The company
has a joint stock ownership and it is an open-end joint stock
company. There is no national capital in the Authorized capital of
the company. The site, occupied by the company, is 9 hectares and it
is allotted to the joint stock company for a permanent use under the
acting Ukrainian legislation.
The company is situated in the region where a free
economic zone was established, that is there is a considerable
potential of import and export market that offers wide possibilities
for businessmen in the form of tax relief, large quantity of raw
material, cheap high-skill labor, developed
infrastructure.

"Prodmash-Technology" Closed-end JSC Consumer goods:
electric hot water boilers; electric soldering irons; wide range
of tube electric production, domestic, liquid and air heaters,
heating boiler.
"UKRAUTOPROMEX" CJSC Rolled products out of non-ferrous
metal scrap by electroslag remelting: 1-5 mm dia wire, 5-90 mm
copper rods, castings up to 80 kg.
"Prodmash" firm" CJSC Consumer goods: metal and wooden
products; Damascus steel coating on metal products. Services:
sale of metal and completing parts.
"UkrPromSoya" Scientific and Production Enterprise Soy-bean
products: soy milk; tofu (soy cheese); okara (soy dresser).
