Automatic batcher, hereinafter AB, is designed for an automatic batching
of liquid and viscous foodstuffs into prepared retainers made of packing materials fused by heat
contact method (for example, marmalade, butter, mayonnaise etc.). Output depends on viscosity of
the foodstuffs, number of plungers with nozzles of the used batcher, dose volume and the required
dose accuracy.
