receive good crop, but can not sell it with profit. Due to expenses
for transportation and storage the price for the products increases
so much that sometimes surpasses the cost price. It leads to the
fact that it becomes unprofitable to grow and sell "green"
The proposed equipment for industrial processing of
fruits and vegetables will allow you to preserve the gathered crop,
to use the wastes for animal fodder, to decrease the share of
irregular fruit household wastes, to expand trade in food-stuffs in
the form of fruit desserts.
The convective dryers are designed to dry
practically all fruits, vegetables, drug preparations, macaroni
foods, meat and other products. The drying process is solely by
blowing the product with the drying agent (air) with certain
parameters (temperature, moisture), providing the production
The dryer economic feasibility is achieved by
partial recirculation of the drying agent. The products, dryed by
this method, do not rank below sublimated products in quality. The
dryed products are restored quickly and completely in moistening
liquid, their vitamins, taste, colour and smell are preserved at the
most, they have a highly porous structure, low moisture content and
preset geometrical shape.

Infrared technology is a new word in the world drying
science and based on a property of water to absorb infrared
radiation. The technology is realized in the equipment of two
a rack cabinet drier;
a continuous conveyor drier;

any vegetable and animal foodstuffs with production of
fast-reconstituted dry products.

TUNNEL DRYER UST-3
Drier is one of the units of various processing lines for
production of foodstuffs. It is intended for thermal drying of various foodstuffs
with forced ventilation (dry breakfasts, pasta, corn sticks, potato chips,
mushrooms, fruits etc.). A wide range of parameter control and electronic control
allow usage of the drier for different purposes. Dryer is used in food plants,
pasta shops of bakeries and farms.
Peculiarities of drier UST-3
The dryer consists of three conveyers moving with an individual
preset speed. Minimum speed of the receiving conveyer facilitates maximum moisture
removal in the initial drying period. Moisture is removed thanks to hot air passage
through meshes of the conveyer cloth whereon the foodstuffs are arranged. Hot air
circulation is closed. Moisture is blown out through a forced exhaust system. Hot
air stream to each conveyor is regulated individually. Hermetic protection with a
heat reflection layer ensures minimum heat losses in the dryer and its higher
efficiency. Foodstuff movement and temperature of hot air stream are preset by
electronic program control. Remote location of heating elements from foodstuffs
makes the dryer fire safe.
