experience and utilizing the advanced technology - drying in
vibrofluidized bed of inert material that guarantees highest quality
of the products according to the international standards.

The facility for drying liquid food incorporates
the following: the drying chamber, product filter, metering pump,
receiving and service tanks, transfer pump, air heater-ventilation
plant and cyclones with tanks for powder collection. The drying
chamber has air-atomizing burners and a vibratory grid whicn
contains the bed of inert material grains.
Principle of operation
The filtered-off egg mass is fed by means of the
metering pump to two air-atomizing burners. There it is atomized
into the vibrofluidized bed of inert material, namely fluoroplastic
cubes with 4 mm faces. The product covering the grains surface gets
efficiently dried. Grains' collisions result in fracturing of the
film formed, the latter carried away into the cyclone and deposited
in the tank.

Dryers on inert materials to dry liquid foodstuffs
have a number of advantages as compared to conventional Belgian,
Danish, American, Slovak spray dryers:
double less process losses of the product (carried out by
waste air and during sanitary cleaning);
higher consumer properties of the finished product due to
large particle size of powder: this powder is looser, easily
proportioned, less consolidated and has longer shelf life. To
prove the above we would like to note that egg processing tests
were conducted in Argentina on Danish spray dryer of "Niro A/S"
and Ukrainian vibration dryer of Donetsk plant "Prodmash". As a

valid for 12 months from its commissioning date, provided the
facility is operated in two shifts. The above warranty period is
valid, provided the contract supervision, commissioning, adjustment
and alignment are carried out by supplier's experts.
