Vertical hose weighing and filling machine, hereinafter WM, is designed for weighing and filling of various loose materials (nuts, crackers, sweets, corn sticks, rolls, biscuits, groats, sugar etc.) into packages (bags) made of packing materials fused together by heat contact method. WM output depends on the package length, the batcher type and capacity, the dosed product type, dose volume and the required dose accuracy.

WM peculiarities

The system of pneumatic actuators ensures movement of the basic units in this WM model. The pneumatic actuators are made by foreign producers well placed in the world market.

Weighing and filling machines are automatically controlled by microprocessor-based controllers.

WM consists of two parts. The first part consists of one or several weighing and batching mechanisms, the second one fulfils functions of a sleeve formation, drawing for the required length, fusing, cutting and dating of the finished product. Three-line weigh batcher of a floating type with nine vibrating magnets (a standard version) increases WM output considerably and keeps the preset weight accuracy. A volume batcher can be fitted by request of a customer.
