EXTRUDER UE-07

Extruder (plodder) is designed for production of cereals (corn, wheat and rice sticks) by compression and heating of raw materials.

EXTRUDER PECULIARITIES:

Knife rotary speed control allowing regulation of semi-product length during operation;

Head temperature control;

Two batcher types (vibrating and auger types) depending on type and quality of groats;

Easy access to the working set for cleaning and replacement;

Intensive spanner for clamping the working set (eightfold force);

Automatic charging of the extruder bin and refill during operation (by a customer's requirement);
